iPod nano fakes

I was in San Francisco last Thursday to see Hedda Gabler at the ACT Theatre. I was in one of the sketchy electronics stores near Union Square when these familiar-looking devices caught my eye. They are almost exactly like the iPod nano, but they're from a different company.

I know that imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, but I can't imagine that Apple's lawyers are OK with this.
